Turn a booking into a trip activity
Forward the booking email or share a file with TripWallet. The app extracts details such as dates, places and amounts. Review them before confirming; once approved, the activity joins the trip.
- Send only the booking or file you want to import.
- Check the extracted activity type, dates, times and amounts.
- Correct details where needed and select the appropriate trip.
- Add relevant links and notes to complete your plan.
Files, links and notes
Keep travel-related documents alongside the itinerary. Traveler includes up to 3 documents per trip, and Pro up to 30. Links and text notes do not count toward the allowance. Pro also lets you export trip documents as a ZIP file.
You choose what to send
Processing is limited to content you choose to forward or upload, without scanning your inbox. Extraction may use text recognition and AI. Trip documents may be stored in the cloud. The protected area for personal documents, such as passports and insurance, is separate and stores documents on your device.
